Responsibilities:
职位描述:
1. Responsible for technical development of new products from the project business plan stage to conceptual design, detailed design and product market introduction;
负责新产品的技术开发工作，从项目商业计划阶段到概念设计、详细设计及产品市场导入之间涉及的技术工作。
2. Background knowledge of chemicals is required for hazardous gas filtration and purification device;
对危化气体的过滤、净化装置有一定的背景知识。
3. Collect market demand information, write market survey report, formulate product demand and product patent research, etc;
搜集市场需求信息，撰写市场调查报告，制定产品需求，产品专利调研并撰写相应的专利。
4. Establishing the programs and processes for new product development including: interacting with customers to define product needs investigating new concept potential with respect to manufacturing, cost and marketability; preparing drawings, evaluating product designs; building prototypes samples; conducting product testing;
完成分管的新产品从试制到批产的原料、工艺、工装治具、设备的准备工作；
5. Coordinating the program management function with the sales department. Teaming with purchasing and quality management teams for continuous improvements;
协助销售、采购、品质等部门关于技术的相关工作；
6. Understand the national industry and regional laws and regulations involved in the product to ensure the compliance of the project;
了解产品涉及的国家行业及区域法规，确保所进行项目的合规性。
7. Responsible for product trial and other market feedback;
负责产品的用户试用及其他市场反馈。
8. Assisted in completing the technical program and quotation of the order, responsible for the implementation and delivery of the project after the project was designated.
协助完成订单的技术方案、报价工作，项目定点后负责项目的实施交付。
Qualifications:
职位要求：
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry and Mechanical Engineering, etc;
化学，机械制造或相关专业的学士学位及以上；
2. Above two years of Chemistry and Mechanical Engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing field;
两年以上相关专业岗位的工作经历；
3. Knowledge in chemistry, chemical methods is preferred;
熟悉化学，气体过滤装置生产的优先；
4. Familiar with product development management process;
熟悉产品开发管理流程；
5. Willing to work on site and service support during product development;
能够愿意进行开发阶段的现场工作及服务支持。
6. Fluent English communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, writing and interpreting;良好的英语沟通能力，听、说、读、写能力佳。
7. Japanese project experience is preferred. 
有日语项目经验者优先考虑。
